Hey, guys. It's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Tekonsha Breakaway System on our Jayco Pinnacle Fifth Wheel Trailer. Having a breakaway system on your trailer that has brakes is a very important piece of equipment to have. In the case of an unlikely disconnect, the breakaway switch will be pulled and then the battery inside of this box will apply the brakes to your trailer if your vehicle's not connected. That's gonna bring your trailer to a nice, safe and slow stop rather than just freely traveling down the road. more
